One of my favorite meals to be honest, I never made them exactly like that I'm going to try toasting them first. Then I'll put it in the microwave complete the process, I don't have an oven right now.
I know you & Beth discussed convection ovens. There's a broad selection at a broad range of price points out there. I had a $25 Black & Decker toaster oven for 10 years. I regularly baked in it OK (chicken thighs, fish), but it wasn't large enough for much else. I upgraded to a decent size convection/toaster oven and I hardly ever fire up my regular oven now. I like to cook so I bought a high-end one. But there are ones the same size much cheaper. Many of them will accommodate a large Pyrex baking dish. And you can make toast in them. The only thing I regularly use my large over for now is when I bake loaves of Italian bread...they're too large for my convection oven.
Still trying to figure things out but if I get a toaster oven I will need the toaster so I can get rid of that cost of the size of this apartment I have to maneuver things around. One of the first things I took with a little stereo box because I love my music I took a bunch of CDs also. Thanks for your help I appreciate it. Tony
@Tony Page You can toast in the oven ya know. I have a Black and Decker fairly new and it works goid. Mine can hold 9x13 pan...but you can get a smaller one. I only use big oven on ocassion in winter time.
I've already started looking online I'm going to take a run over to BJ's and see what they have. thank you
