I only heard it by accident about 3 weeks ago Chrissy. I was watching a Celtic country music show..and a Scottish singer I'd never heard of was singing the song..I thought it was so lovely I searched for the singer and the song on YT...only then to discover it was a cover of a John Denver song..
Some great songs are found by accident. I always like to see what people are listening to in these posts because It gives me an opportunity to find something that I like but never heard.
I enjoy music from yesteryear, as well as music where there is harmony. For example, some of the old Gatlin Brothers music had great harmony. I crank up the music so I can hear all of the parts. There is nothing better than family harmony. Because of shared genetics, the parts are much tighter.

I just couldn't help myself. This morning "These Boots Were Made for Walking" started singing in my head....and this picture of my granddaughter in her Daddy's boots also popped up in my head too....and brought a big smile to my face.
