    Cereal, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.

Perhaps every week or two I'll have eggs in some form or another. But the above is my routine.

Curious if you feel that diet has kept you in above average health?

I would like to point out @Beth Gallagher,I had never eaten chicken from the deli at Walmart until you mentioned several times. It has become a staple in the home. Radar loves the smell too. :D

Went to Golden Corral Buffet. Had two servings of ham, scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage links and we brought our own Folgers coffee for a couple of cups of that in their hot water. Certain restaurants we absolutely don't like their coffee, so we bring our own and request cups of hot water.

One of my favorite meals..........breakfast! In Vegas last December, had buffet breakfast at MGM, Cosmopolitan and a small Mirage restaurant. Also had buffet breakfast at Circus-Circus, but it was awful. Definitely not as good as it was years ago.

The usual applesauce, peanut butter, yogurt, and protein shake with a cup of full-strength coffee and 3 more diluted cups. Same old same old every morning for several years.

I have mostly been having my oatmeal w/apple for breakfast; but yesterday I made oatmeal quickbread (oatmeal, yogurt, egg, baking powder) and today I had some of that (with my Smuckers strawberry jam, of course) and some baked butternut squash.
The IGA had local butternut squash for 75 cents each, and they weighed several lbs, so I bought 5 of them. Should have bought more……. I love butternut squash !

We love squash sometimes. A friend gave us acorn as we did not grow our usual buttercups. But I pulled in a big pumpkin (supposed to be a pie pumpkin but...) I seeded it and baked it last night. Will be puree-ing and making soup etc. for this week. It tastes like it will need a bit of our maple syrup. But has enough squash flavor.

Having a sensitive tummy here I stick with what I know works for me without any issues, mostly a bagel with creme cheese and bagel sprinkle spice with OJ, Milk and cup of strong black coffee before any food. On an early day to save time sausage and biscuits, frozen from the store, just microwave and eat which will be Wed this week for sure maybe also Thurs and Friday at the lake fishing.

I am trying a new youtube recipe for a baked oatmeal breakfast loaf. It is really simple; oatmeal, yogurt, apples, blueberries, eggs, sugar, baking powder and a little butter or oil, and then bake for 50 minutes.
We will see how it turns out.
