-Salad -Salisbury steak (the last of my frozen leftovers) -Mashed potatoes -Onion mushroom gravy -Green beans -Either fudgesicle, cheesecake or sliced kiwi. I've not decided.

Gee, Lon. Two meals running with green olives as an ingredient. Looks like someone in the kitchen got to the "O" section of the cookbook
So due to my blown-out knee and hobbling around, we decided to have sandwiches for dinner. I had some pouches of pre-made tuna salad in the pantry, bought during the Great Pandemic Food Hoard of '20. And may I say, starvation would probably be a better choice than the tuna "salad." Blarg. Luckily I had Fritos and a cold beer to tide me over till time for strawberry shortcake.
