Ahhh, Saturday... my day off. Hub's bringing stuff from Panera Bread; I ordered a "U pick 2", a half of a chipotle bacon melt grilled cheese sandwich with a cup of broccoli cheddar soup.

Our Dining Room will re open on the 14th with 6 ft spacing still required. Tonight's meal was another Laptop meal brought to my apartment. It will be great to eat in the dining room again even if just one per table.
Corvina Sea Bass with Wheatberry Pilaf & Green Bean Almandine was tonight's meal.

@Lon Tanner That's good news! You'll be able to get a change of scenery.

And your kitchen seems to do an excellent job. All of your meals look 5 Star, and have inspired me to try my hand at making some of the dishes you've posted.

I've never heard of cooking wheat berries. I have some on hand for long-term storage to grind my own flour if need be. I'm gonna check out making Wheatberry Pilaf...it sure sounds different.
