Gluten-free spaghetti with peeled whole tomatoes mashed into a sauce with mint, capers, onions, garlic, turmeric, and sauteed tofu. Garlic bread made from a rosemary loaf.
We weren't very hungry today so I whipped up some scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, and made toast. Also had some small mandarin oranges.
Dinner is three hours away but I have decided that I will have the Seared Salmon over Angel Hair Saffron Pesto with Sauteed Tomatoes Wild Rice Pilaf Carrots
Rib eye cooked on Forman grill. And cottage fries. Used only one rib eye. Still too much meat but every so good
That's a nice hunk of fish. My local grocery store up north was getting trout in on a regular basis. I would pan-fry it with mushrooms and marjoram. Trout and catfish are about the only freshwater fish worth eating.
