Dunno yet. I've been having larger-than-normal lunches lately, so it will likely be a salad and cheese or soup or something like that.

Pretty much what I had for lunch, except the fries were fried in peanut oil.

    I'm certain you'll enjoy it ;)

Today I tried to replicate the Blue Apron "Creamy Chipotle Chicken" and I did a pretty good job. I had to invent a chipotle sauce (that they had pre-made in a packet), so I used a simple verdant sauce. I also didn't have any chipotle chile paste so I subbed some Korean red pepper paste. All in all, it was pretty good but I need to tweak it a bit more next time.

Ooooh, I love tamales, Gloria. I even like the Hormel ones in a can, which makes my son gag. HAHA.

I have not had a decent gyro (with a Greek salad and onion rings) in over 10 years and it's driving me nuts.

The nearest Greek restaurant is about 40 minutes away. They close at 10PM. I'm in decision-making mode.

Yeah not liking canned tamales much
These are in a cotton bag, non greasy ..very tasty.
We both got bad food poisoning from Hormel chili many years ago..have never bought Hormel again.
Just the way it goes sometimes when that happens.
