A few times on American TV shows there's been biscuits and gravy mentioned, what does it mean?
Gravy here is a meaty sauce that gets poured over hot cooked food, we'd never eat it with biscuits (・o・)
It's the same meaty sauce, but since Biscuits & Gravy is typically a breakfast food, the gravy is a white milk-based gravy made with crumbled breakfast sausage, specifically crafted for the pairing.
