I'm playing the "One sugar is better than the last" game with myself. I punted the fudgesicles and switched to yogurt and miniature candy bars. I've picked up a sweets-after-dinner habit that I never had before and I cannot get rid of it. I am so weak...
It is a wet and cold dreary day here in north Alabama. I made a pot of vegetable minestrone soup and a small loaf of oatmeal/yogurt bread. Now, we are both full and kicking back for an afternoon relaxation/nap.
I miss the Blue Bell fudgies... , but like you I need sweet now after dinner..why i do not know.. a tootsie pop is all i get for now
The problem with keeping candy around is that I eat it after every meal. I am seriously thinking of completing the cycle and going back to fudgesicles. I only ate one a day, and that was after dinner.
I am not a candy person. I only keep some on occasion due to chronic dry mouth. The fudgies should not hurt you.
