Leftover goulash and garlic toast last evening. Today left over lamb chopped up with spinach gyro style or grilled cheese sandwiches. Too early for such a serious decision.

First thread I always post on is this one whenever I login lol.

Always something to say about food: Had Cod dinner tonight
with buttery cooked carrots, a tad of brown sugar, and spinach
salad with a bunch of little things thrown in, like diced strawberries
and tiny bits of Colby cheese. Company is gone, ate heartly and
now I have leftovers for tomorrow :)

I went to my favorite Italian restaurant tonight. It got hit hard by COVID, and opens a couple of hours for lunch, shuts down, then opens again a few hours for dinner. Owned by a couple of gen-u-ine Italian guys. It's not uncommon for one of them to take a bottle of wine over to a table, uncork it, and pour drinks all around...including for himself.

    -Salad
    -Homemade bread, double order
    -Penne Puttanesca

We are eating light. Husband had a tuna salad sandwich on wheat bread and I had a BLT. I'm making him eat probiotic yogurt instead of cake. :D

I took a shortcut and made "semi-homemade" pizza. I bought a grocery store deli fresh 4-cheese pizza, brought it home and loaded it up with fresh vegetables and pepperoni.
