    I'm heating leftover pot roast from the freezer; I'll make mashed potatoes and green peas to go with it, and probably cucumber/tomato salad.

    The roadside BBQ guy was set up. His food is cheap and I get 2 meals out of it.

    -Smoked ribs
    -Coleslaw
    -Collards
    -Baked Beans
    -Strawberry shortcake w/Reddi-Wip

    Sloppy Joes tonight! I have the slop on simmer now and it smells fantastic! I may toast the Joes (buns). I have never tried that but it sounds good. A blackberry cider as an appetizer. :)
