Another soup day. I'm simmering beef in stock with tomatoes, onion and garlic. I'll add the mixed vegetables and cubed potatoes later to make veg/beef soup. Sending half the pot to my sister-in-law for their dinner.
Left over beef/vegetable soup. I made enough for a small army which I now regret. I may put some in the freezer but I know the potatoes will get mushy.
Leftovers here too! Meatloaf with something yet to be determined. Most likely baked taters and a veggie of some kind.
