Just had my husband's organic Beef & Beans stew, with a good dollop of sour cream on top. Man, that stuff is good!
Since I am doing a soup diet, I had soup made from Mother Earth Products dried vegetable soup mix, with some frozen corn and a small amount of chicken added.
We're going to spatchcock a chicken (cut the backbone out so that it can be flattened) Rub it down with some low-salt Japanese soy sauce and garlic, and bake until done. This Yamasa soy sauce is excellent! https://www.amazon.com/Yamasa-Reduced-Sodium-Artisanal-Non-GMO/dp/B08Z4H92DC/
I totally forgot about making dinner today; I've been gardening so I have an excuse. Luckily I had some meatballs in the freezer and a jar of Zao's Vodka Sauce in the pantry, so I made myself some zoodles and cooked spaghetti noodles for the BH. Opened a bagged salad and voila', dinner.
