This is kinda funny. I have a real good meatball recipe and I picked up the stuff yesterday to make a batch (beef, veal, pork.) I keep them in the freezer for spaghetti or for meatball subs. Looks like a theme here.
No, unfortunately not. I'm having my 1/4 cup of sauce on zucchini noodles and no bread. But I get 4 meatballs!!
These are the times I miss my Showtime Rotisserie. I used to put meatballs in the fish fillet cage and cook them rotisserie style. The fat would drip off and the outsides would get nice & crisp.
Maries pot pie, try to have one at least once a week or so. As a treat since they are expensive now plus lots of carbs.
