My daughter got me a membership to Costco. I went there today get my photo taken for my card. While I was there I did some shopping & picked up supper. They had a precooked pork ribs, with a St Louis rub. They were in the warmer with the Rotisserie chicken. Looked good so I picked one up for dinner. They also had precooked smoked pulled pork tray, which I thought would go well with the ribs. My wife cooked them for dinner served them along with some salads we had. The ribs were okay but not great, pulled pork was terrible, dried and not flavorful. We had put barbecue sauce on it to make it palatable. Six of us tried the pulled pork all did not like it.
