What's For Supper?

Meatballs and spaghetti, salad, garlic toast.

 

Toasted BLT with a side of avocado slices and lemon spiced hot tea.

*chocolate chip cookie..

 

Homemade cheeseburgers, baked beans.

 

Beef and macaroni goulash, biscuits, salad. I made a small white cake with buttercream frosting for dessert.

 

Chicken ala King, egg noodles, salad.

 

We had a hot lunch which was what a call Silver beet ( kinda spinach ) made in sausage roll shape , I’ve made them before
think I’ve posted photo of them before ….

I make them with what flaky pastry I have on hand ……I buy it I’m too old and lazy to make flaky pastry ..that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it ….I always say any excuse is better than none ..

The mix of everything pre cooked ..SB …onion / bacon / grated carrot / 1 small potato …mixed in about 1/2 cup grated cheese
I had in vacuum pac in freezer

Plenty enough for 2 days for us ….yay no cooking till Monday …

BBQ sampler (ribs, brisket, sausage) from the local joint. Baked beans and cole slaw as sides.

Chipotle bowl, chips and queso.

 

I have leftover rotisserie chicken so I'm making chicken tortilla soup.

 

We had some left over pork roast that got made into BBQ pork sandwiches today with a side of baked beans.

 

Fried egg sandwiches. (Toasted bun, egg, slice of ham, muenster cheese, smear of mayo.) Mixed fruit salad.

 

I have corned silverside on cooking for our evening meal ..
