    Absolutely totally agree with you concerning pig pens and chicken house smells. Had that during my high school years and said "never again". For us, cattle, horses, sheep are fine.

    We tried the "house" thing, but my job was 28 miles away from home, plus lawn work and other maintenance. There'd be "no way" we'd be able to keep up a house now (physically).

    Both. I've driven in and through Boston and also traveled there by train. Within Boston, I'd suggest Uber.
