Since I just received a bill in change that had been marked WHERESGEORGE.COM, I entered a few more of my own. I don't do this as often as I used to, in part because I don't use as much cash as I once did, but mostly because that seems to be a trend, so I don't get as many hits as I used to. I have only entered seven bills this year, five of them today, but I am going to try to remember to record others.
I know you merged this one with mine, Ken, but I simply used the money description as a metaphor. I am more interested in what folks think of certain items they have either bought, borrowed, touched, etc., and their wondering as to the history of same.
I've barely been in the forum today, until now, so I don't know a lot about it, but your posts seem to fit well in this thread, since the purpose of WheresGeorge was to be able to track your money from one hand to another. Although I don't use as much cash as I used to, I still participate in WheresGeorge whenever I have cash on hand.
I just got one from around your neck of the woods @Ken Anderson. It’s a 2002 but the first part of the journey started in 2018 in Cumberland, Me. I guess that’s 2 or 3 hours south of you but still, it hit NY and Louisiana after that then here.
