I found that DMSO worked amazingly well for me. The pain would go away within moments of applying it, and much of the swelling would reduce quickly. However, I also found that I wouldn't see these results if I used it often. I would have to wait until things got pretty bad for it to be effective. Like some other things I have tried for arthritis, the results would fade, and subsequent applications were less effective. This could be a quality of the treatment itself, or it could be that my arthritis has become more severe and not as responsive to previous treatments.

I've never tried CBD but a guy in my Diabetes support group said the bad neuropathy in his feet improved by 90% in two weeks after using CBD ointment.

I bought a light therapy "torch" after the discussion here, and it has helped immensely.

I have Osteoporosis, and was told by my Dr I needed Prolia 6 monthly Injections for my bones, it was the worst thing I ever did, and will never trust another, Dr she had not told me of side effects, and I ended up in more Pain than before I had it,I only had 1 injection and that was enough to turn me off any more bone drugs I looked up ingredients in Denesomab/Prolia injections and was shocked to see what other uses the ingredients were used for.

Ingredients Are Sodium Hydroxide, Polysorbate20, Acetic acid and Chinese hampster ovary CHO

Also there are law suits happening in Canada against Amgen and Prolia
My side effects were, worse bone pain, loose teeth, hair falling out,ear infection, and feeling like my back could break at any time.I only had the one injection, and I am willing to put up with the pain rather than have more side effects
I do not take any drugs normally of any kind only use natural supplements, and have found that New Zealand Green Lipped mussel capsules help with pain( and also my Dogs Arthritis) and also I have a Tens Machine that helps a lot.
I only hope that no one on here has had this poison, or Evenity which is the same thing only different name.

Sorry to hear of your problems @Lynda Bennett . I try to avoid any and all drugs that I don't need to keep me alive and functioning, but if I had bone pain and thought there was a solution, I might try it too. Good to know.

I really like this Dr Berg but hopefully you can find a naturopath to help you get through this info. There is a LOT to help rebuild your bone. When you have osteoporosis and pain you won't want to exercise, which you need to rebuild your bones. I have a vibration plate but I need someone around when I use it.
I use the supplements this guy recommends. I put a scoop of collagen in my coffee every day. I take red mineral algae which has bioavailable(food source) calcium and magnesium. I've worked up to about 35,000 units of vitamin d3 in a supplement by Upnourish which contains the complementary amount of k2 in a base of coconut oil as they are fat soluble. I have to have a few other things and my kitchen table is covered in bottles. But I don't go to doctors for most things. I DID have to get a tetnus shot at emergency care recently and they warned me I would not have a primary care physician since they think I am dead after so long with no contact.o_O I was not around for covid shots.
But really, natural healers are getting more common. Listen for recommendations.
And, no sugar, processed foods, alcohol , smoking....
