AHEM!!! Anyone thought about the likes to post ratio? If it is all about likes, then why does the boss man show messages count also? Just thinking aloud. Hmmm ... Is lots of messages and few likes better than a lot of likes and a few messages? Could I get 86 more likes, without further posting, for a 1:2 ratio or should I post 585 more post and request no more likes until then to achieve the 2:1 ratio? Maybe a 1:1 ration is the Arc of the Covenant and the discovery of the Lost Dutchman Gold Mine.
I did. See my previous post #114. Have been trying to figure out how that works because there seem to be several variables for which a membership status is awarded. You shouldn't forget the time factor, though. It also has an influence. Looking at your ratio, it tells me that you are not too far away from becoming a "very well-known member". Just keep posting and trust me. BTW, how about asking @Ken Anderson what he can tell us about that? On what basis is a membership status awarded, Ken?

If you click on the “Members” link, it takes you to the list of notable members, which are the 20 top posters in the forum. Since this list also includes people who write multiple posts on game threads, this list has nothing to do with the content of a post, just the amount of messages you have posted. The more posts, the higher you are on the list. The second category is the most “Likes”, and that one is a different list of people, because it goes by likes and not amount of posts. Most points goes by the amount of trophies/awards you have gathered; so each list is for a specific thing. If you scroll to the bottom of this page, right next to “contact us”, is “Help” . When you click on that and choose “Trophies”, it will show you the list of trophies, which are automatically awarded as you accumulate message posts. This might not answer everything, but it should help explain how the awards and trophies happen.
Thanks! According to that I have maxed out until I serve another 1 year and 11 months or get 1000 likes. From there the numbers go crazy and beyond my grasp.
