Workout Songs To Dancercise To

A few years ago I had a short aerobics routine just for Don't Fear the Reaper. I forgot it now.

 

Nancy, hats a good fast Cha Cha which is good for balance. I just tried it out.

 

Walken was a great dancer, had some cool moves. I like his style.

 

I have Irish in my ancestry, but don't think I'll be dancercise to this one, Jakes niece does Irish dance,

Foxy is ready to exercise to her favorite song,

 

Leo is more laid back than his sibling Foxy, he likes more traditional music,

 

I like the beat to most of these but mine is ,

I was just discussing all the work ahead of us today. And this song came to mind, we should could use some young blood helping us around here. Of course he isn't talking about work,but still works.
