Media, particularly the tv networks, show their biases sometimes but we cannot generalize. I think the slant depends on the producer because he is in charge of the production and the writers are under the command of the producer. Now, if the head of the network is so biased as to instruct all their producers to his liking then it would really be obvious. There is this reluctant presidential candidate named Rody Duterte who, from time to time, would declare that he is not running. But hopefuls are still hoping that he would run until the deadline of Dec 10 for substitution (a trick used by political parties). Again, Duterte made a statement against running. And he intimated that the first one to talk to him about that agenda is Mr. Lopez, the chairman of the largest tv network. So your guess is as good as mine.
